Influenced by the many styles of yoga Sarah has practised since the mid 90's her classes include elements of Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Scaravelli inspired and Restorative yoga. They are creative, fun, rejuvenating and relaxing. There is great emphasis on the breath, bringing together mind and body. Sarah's passion and enthusiasm guide you through each class and you leave feeling nurtured and restored.
Sarah's Yoga classes also tune into the energy of each season incorporating poses that focus on particular energy channels and corresponding organs, drawing upon philosophy teachings of both Yoga and Traditional Chinese medicine.
Specialising in small groups allows opportunity to provide individual adjustments when required and are suitable for complete beginners and those with yoga experience.
